Neighborhood Highlights: The North End of Carolina Beach offers a quiet and laid-back atmosphere with easy access to the action of downtown and the boardwalk. Roughly a 30-minute stroll down the beach or a 10-minute bike ride places you in the heart of all the fun. Close Proximity to: 1 Mile to Freeman Park 6 Miles to Fort Fisher State Park 2.5 Miles to Carolina Beach State Park 12 Miles to Wilmington, NC Free parking is provided on the property on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring ample space for everyone. Carolina Beach is bike and pedestrian-friendly with rentals for bikes and golf carts available. Note that the condo is on the top floor (3rd) offering great views and no overhead noise, but stairs are required. Parking and pool passes will be provided at check-in. Travel Suggestions: We encourage purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind in case of any unforeseen events requiring trip cancellation or interruption.

Terms & Conditions

Pet Policy: - Please message us for pet approval prior to booking. - Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $100 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout. - Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay. - Limit is 1 dog; no other animals permitted. - Must pick up all droppings from pet(s). - Dogs must be fully housebroken. - Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens. -Dogs must not be left unattended unless crated and not create a nuisance for neighbors. _______________________________________________________________ - NO SMOKING.(cigarettes, cigars, weed, vapes etc.) Smoking is not allowed inside or on the balcony, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment. - Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning protocols. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. - Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock - Parking is first come first serve. Parking pass must be visibly displayed on vehicle. No more than 2 vehicles allowed on property. - In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. - Visitors must be approved by host. - Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and follow posted HOA rules. -Please do not hang towels, blankets, etc. from balcony. Do not shake sand off items from the balcony. - Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
